About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Create draft schematics and address engineering challenges related to BSO projects.
  • Collaborate with DTMEC, wiring packaging, and wiring design teams for effective problem-solving.
  • Engage in chart work during IMACs and ensure timely engineering release activities.
  • Address shopcalls, NOW, FRACAS, CCI(PCE), and CWO to improve vehicle performance and reliability.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards and best practices.
  • Document and communicate engineering changes and updates.
  • Support the team in achieving project milestones and deadlines.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical or Automotive or Mechanical).
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in system engineering or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive systems and components.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in using engineering tools and software.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
