About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Maintain, administer, and further develop the TF learning platform and training SharePoint
Support the organization, planning, and delivery of training sessions and learning offerings
Maintain training catalogs, training curricula, and learning paths
Create, update, and quality-assure training documents, presentations, and learning materials
Support the creation of digital training formats, such as e-learning courses and learning videos
Support the team with organizational, administrative, and project-related tasks
Actively participate in team meetings and project work, including remotely where applicable
Work closely with trainers, business units, and international stakeholders
Contribute to communications activities related to the Finance training portfolio

Requirements

What you’ll need

Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Economics, Business Law, Business Education, or a comparable field of study
Excellent written and spoken German and English skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Teams
Structured, independent, and reliable working style
Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills
An interest in artificial intelligence and digital learning technologies is an advantage
Initial experience with SharePoint, learning platforms, or content creation is an advantage
Initial practical experience through internships or working student positions is desirable
Current certificate of enrollment stating the current semester of study
Current transcript of records
Relevant certificates
Proof of the standard period of study
For a mandatory or combined internship: proof of the mandatory internship requirement
