About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver land and property advice and services to and on behalf of clients
  • Deliver a range of tasks and/or schemes to a high standard, using initiative and a proactive approach to meet client deadlines and objectives
  • Develop strong working relationships with client personnel, internal and external stakeholders, contractors, consultants, landowners and occupiers
  • Hold professional conversations, manage expectations and discuss feedback to improve service levels
  • Support development of junior staff and, where applicable, develop line management skills and provide constructive line management
  • Conduct regular progress reviews and feedback meetings and delegate tasks effectively
  • Share experience to support development of people across the organisation
  • Maintain and improve knowledge and skills through specialist CPD
  • Participate in and support company groups, initiatives, events and social activities
  • Embrace Dalcour Maclaren’s values and engender a positive workplace attitude

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hold either MRICS or AssocRICS qualified
  • Have a full UK driving licence
  • Be experienced in leading a team or projects
  • Be a great team player and have a can-do attitude
  • Are a natural problem solver
  • Enjoy delivering results with a team
