About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a member of the Executive Committee and report directly to the company President
  • Work closely with Executive Management, Hotel Directors, the accounting firm, and legal and financial advisers
  • Manage a team of 5 to 10 employees across the finance and administration functions
  • Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial reports prepared for Executive Management and shareholders
  • Prepare budgets in line with Executive Management’s strategic priorities
  • Produce statutory financial statements and oversee year-end closing processes
  • Oversee relationships with the accounting firm and statutory auditors
  • Ensure accounting, tax, and regulatory compliance
  • Prepare and monitor the operating and CAPEX cash budgets
  • Ensure the security of financial flows and manage banking relationships
  • Lead financing requirements related to the Group’s development
  • Analyze key KPIs in monthly reports
  • Strengthen, monitor, and enforce operational management procedures
  • Support Hotel Directors in managing their financial performance
  • Identify opportunities to improve profitability and performance
  • Support the Group’s external growth and development initiatives
  • Lead the financial aspects of due diligence, acquisitions, and the integration of new companies
  • Contribute to strategic projects by providing financial and operational insight
  • Serve as the liaison with external legal counsel and monitor legal developments
  • Oversee payroll production in cooperation with the external provider
  • Ensure the reliability of administrative and employee-related processes
  • Monitor and negotiate group contracts to optimize costs
  • Identify new opportunities to optimize group purchasing
  • Manage IT service providers
  • Support digital transformation projects across the support functions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced degree in finance, accounting, or management (business school, DSCG, Master’s in Accounting, Control and Audit, or equivalent)
  • Proven experience as a Chief Administrative and Financial Officer or Finance Director in a multi-site environment
  • Experience in hospitality and food service is a plus but not required
  • Candidates from the retail or services sectors will also be considered
  • Excellent command of financial strategy, accounting, treasury management, and management control
  • Ability to support external growth initiatives, including due diligence, acquisitions, and company integrations
  • Fluent or professionally proficient in English
  • Recognized people manager with the ability to develop team members’ skills
  • Autonomous and proactive, with a strong ability to make recommendations
  • Comfortable working both on strategic matters and on their operational execution
  • Curious about business challenges and closely connected to frontline teams
