About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Place and chase initial and repeat orders as agreed with the Inbound Manager, confirming orders with suppliers.
Manage the 'to follow' file by chasing and prioritising purchase orders.
Complete weekly reporting to ensure 'to follows' are released to customers quickly.
Ensure orders are delivered on time and take action where required.
Identify airfreight requirements using a commercial view to maximise service.
Develop relationships with the Logistics team to communicate and execute business priorities.
Create weekly inbound reports.
Work closely with the Merchandise team and advise them of potential stock issues.
Support stock management, product availability, stock performance and smooth supply-chain flow.
Help deliver departmental KPIs.
