About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct comprehensive reviews of clinical cases
- Apply dental expertise to provide objective, evidence-based medical advisory opinions
- Review medical records and dental documentation
- Prepare clear and concise clinical summaries
- Respond to client questions related to dental care
- Perform advisory medical record reviews only, without peer-to-peer discussions, calls, or direct patient care
- Support high-quality, objective, and defensible medical determinations
Requirements
What you’ll need- DMD or DDS from an accredited dental program
- Board Certification, if applicable to area of practice
- Current, unrestricted Colorado dental license
- Minimum of 5+ years of clinical dental experience
- Ability to attend all required orientation and training sessions
- Maintains appropriate credentialing, state licensure, and any certifications required to perform the role
- Strong clinical judgment and ability to communicate findings clearly and objectively in written form
