About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and ensure the overall profitability of the Washington operations center
Reach and exceed financial and referral goals
Manage staffing efficiencies, performance expectations, and improvements for existing staff
Present management with regular reporting on requested topics
Drive revenue growth through excellent customer service
Meet scheduling best practices and turnaround-time requirements
Ensure timely delivery of high-quality reports
Manage client inquiries in a timely manner
Ensure client invoices adhere to agreed fee schedules
Oversee physician selection based on claimant location, specialty, and appropriate pricing
Build relationships with key physicians to ensure panel retention
Monitor performance metrics for Customer Service Representatives and Quality Assurance Specialists
Ensure the team meets or exceeds 85% of output goals for scheduling and Quality Assurance targets
Hire new staff based on increased referral volume or new clients
Conduct timely, constructive performance evaluations
Handle employee discipline and termination according to company policy
Join Sales staff for client visits as requested
Oversee and manage all on-site clinics throughout Washington State
Ensure appropriate clinic staffing, schedules, and requirements
Make strategic decisions regarding clinic expansion or relocation
Complete other duties and special projects as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree preferred
Must reside in Washington State, preferably in the Seattle–Tacoma–Bellevue metro area
Must visit on-site clinics routinely and as needed to manage operations
Business experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred
Business experience in a Worker’s Compensation and/or Auto insurance setting preferred
Experience and thorough understanding of the Washington L&I claims process
Exceptional communication skills with a clear understanding of company business lines
Ability to apply critical thinking, manage time efficiently, and meet specific deadlines
Computer literacy and typing skills
Ability to perform required lifting, bending, traveling, prolonged sitting, and computer work
Must supply and support own internet services
Must maintain an uninterrupted internet connection for work-from-home duties
