Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and execute the technology and innovation roadmap for next-generation Controllers, Displays, Remote Controls, and Joysticks
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Architects and Innovation Engineers
  • Guide innovation concepts from idea to execution
  • Maintain a pipeline of short-, mid-, and long-term technology initiatives
  • Connect customer and market needs with engineering capabilities
  • Partner with Portfolio, Product Management, Engineering, and Procurement teams across the global organization
  • Drive platform strategies and contribute to architecture decisions
  • Support breakthrough solutions that create measurable customer value
  • Influence future machine control technologies and product decisions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven people leadership experience managing and developing technical teams within engineering, technology, innovation, or product development environments
  • Extensive experience developing embedded mechatronic products combining software, electronics, and mechanics
  • Experience defining technology, architecture, or innovation strategies for complex products and systems
  • Knowledge of Functional Safety, Machine Regulations, product compliance requirements, and Cybersecurity regulations
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Ability to collaborate and influence across global, cross-functional teams
