About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and deploy infrastructure and services on Microsoft Azure
- Administer, maintain, and enhance cloud and hybrid environments
- Implement and manage Azure resources, including virtual machines, networks, storage, backups, and managed services
- Automate infrastructure deployment and configuration using appropriate scripts and tools
- Contribute to the implementation of Infrastructure as Code practices and continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines
- Ensure the security of environments, identity and access management, and compliance with applicable policies
- Monitor the availability, performance, and costs of cloud resources, and recommend optimizations
- Diagnose and resolve incidents related to Azure infrastructure and services
- Participate in cloud migration projects and the modernization of applications and infrastructure
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and service providers to define and implement solutions
- Document architectures, configurations, and operating procedures
- Keep up to date with developments in Microsoft Azure and contribute to the continuous improvement of cloud practices
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher education degree in computer science, systems and networks, cloud computing, or equivalent experience
- Experience designing, administering, or operating Microsoft Azure environments
- Strong knowledge of Azure services related to compute, networking, storage, and identity management
- Knowledge of hybrid environments and cloud migration principles
- Experience with scripting and automation; knowledge of Terraform, Bicep, or PowerShell is a plus
- Knowledge of DevOps tools and continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines is a plus
- Good understanding of cloud security, backup, availability, and cost management considerations
- Experience managing incidents and maintaining technical documentation
- Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus
- Fluent in French; knowledge of technical English is a plus
- Analytical mindset and ability to solve technical problems
- Thoroughness, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate with a range of stakeholders
- Clear communication skills and the ability to document implemented solutions
- Technical curiosity and interest in developments in cloud technology and automation
- Service-oriented mindset with a focus on quality and continuous improvement
