About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Translate finance departments’ business needs into ERP solutions and design target processes
  • Participate in the configuration, enhancement, and functional support of finance modules
  • Work on general ledger, accounts payable and receivable, fixed assets, treasury, financial close, and reporting processes
  • Write functional specifications, prepare tests, and track issue resolution
  • Contribute to ERP finance implementation, migration, and deployment projects
  • Support change management, including training and user onboarding
  • Coordinate stakeholders and act as the liaison between finance departments, IT teams, and implementation partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Higher education in IT and/or finance
  • Experience as an ERP Finance Consultant, Finance Functional Consultant, Finance Business Analyst, or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of finance processes and functional analysis
  • Experience with Abacus
  • Knowledge of finance configuration, interfaces, and issue management
  • Familiarity with reporting, internal controls, audit, and financial compliance
  • Proficiency in Excel and office productivity tools
  • ERP or project management certification
  • Fluent French
  • Professional English is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Self-motivation, communication skills, and a results-oriented mindset
