About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Administer, maintain, and enhance Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams
- Design and deploy collaborative solutions tailored to the needs of teams and business functions
- Manage identities, accounts, groups, and access rights in Microsoft Entra ID
- Configure and administer security, compliance, and data protection policies
- Contribute to endpoint and device management using Microsoft Intune and associated tools
- Automate administrative tasks using scripts and appropriate tools
- Monitor service availability and performance, diagnose incidents, and implement corrective actions
- Participate in Microsoft 365 environment migration, deployment, and enhancement projects
- Support teams in adopting the tools and evolving their collaborative practices
- Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and service providers to define and implement solutions
- Write and maintain technical documentation, operating procedures, and user support materials
- Monitor Microsoft 365 developments and contribute to the platform’s continuous improvement
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher education in computer science, systems and networks, cloud computing, or equivalent experience
- Experience administering or operating Microsoft 365 environments
- Strong proficiency in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Teams
- Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, identity and access management, and cloud security principles
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and device management is a plus
- Experience with scripting and automation; proficiency in PowerShell is a plus
- Understanding of compliance, data protection, availability, and service continuity requirements
- Experience diagnosing and tracking incidents, as well as writing technical documentation
- Microsoft 365 or Microsoft Azure certifications are a plus
- Fluency in French; knowledge of technical English is a plus
- Analytical mindset and ability to resolve technical issues
- Thoroughness, autonomy, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Clear communication skills and ability to support users
- Technical curiosity and interest in cloud services and collaborative tools
- Service-oriented mindset and commitment to quality and continuous improvement
