About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gather and analyze the needs of business teams and stakeholders
- Define the scope, objectives, deliverables, schedule, and budget for infrastructure projects
- Coordinate the technical teams involved, including systems, networks, cloud, security, and operations
- Lead projects involving the deployment, migration, renewal, or evolution of IT infrastructure
- Track project progress, costs, timelines, dependencies, and risks
- Organize project steering committees and provide regular reporting to stakeholders
- Coordinate service providers and vendors, and monitor their commitments and deliverables
- Prepare and oversee testing, production deployment, and handover to operations teams
- Ensure compliance with security, availability, and service continuity requirements
- Support users and teams throughout the change management process
- Draft and maintain project documentation and contribute to lessons learned
- Lead technical projects from initial scoping through production deployment, coordinating teams and stakeholders to meet objectives, timelines, budgets, and quality requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Higher education in computer science, systems and networks, project management, or equivalent experience
- Experience managing IT infrastructure projects or coordinating technical projects
- Strong understanding of systems, networks, cloud environments, and cybersecurity
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools; knowledge of Agile approaches and ITIL practices is a plus
- Experience with budget tracking, risk management, and vendor management
- Ability to prepare progress reports, meeting minutes, and clear documentation
- Fluency in French; knowledge of technical English is a plus
- Leadership skills and the ability to bring together multidisciplinary teams
- Detail-oriented, well organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to anticipate risks and propose solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills when working with technical and business stakeholders
- Self-motivated, accountable, and results-oriented
