About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and develop multidisciplinary technology teams, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment focused on continuous learning.
- Manage people, including performance tracking, career development, feedback, technical training, and conflict management.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor team deliverables, ensuring quality, timely completion, and alignment with business priorities.
- Facilitate the adoption and evolution of agile practices, promoting operational efficiency, continuous improvement, and a results-oriented culture.
- Support technical and architectural decisions, contributing to scalable, secure, and sustainable solutions.
- Ensure alignment between technology and the business by translating strategic needs into valuable technology solutions.
- Promote software development best practices, technology governance, risk management, and operational excellence.
- Serve as a technical and management reference for the teams under your responsibility, aligning corporate objectives with technology execution.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in people management and team development.
- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban).
- Knowledge of systems architecture and microservices.
- Experience with cloud technologies, preferably GCP.
- Knowledge of Java/Spring Boot or Node.js/TypeScript.
- Strong communication, leadership, and conflict-management skills.
- Experience with systems integration is desirable.
- Knowledge of React, Vue, MongoDB, Redis, and SQL Server is desirable.
- Experience with Kafka/Event Hubs is desirable.
- Agile or cloud certifications are desirable.
