About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the main client partner, managing end-to-end relationships and aligning project goals with client needs
- Apply Vibe Coding and modern AI tools to rapidly turn client concepts into working prototypes and live project solutions
- Design, refine, and deliver comprehensive training sessions and materials both online and on-site
- Orchestrate seamless collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to drive smooth project delivery
- Champion AI adoption within the team to optimize efficiency, execution speed, and delivery standards
- Maintain flexibility in working hours to accommodate critical project deadlines and client requests
Requirements
What you’ll need- Recent graduates with a strong passion for tech and business are highly encouraged to apply
- Business-minded with sharp commercial instincts; experience building or running a side project/business is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills with a professional, confident presence for in-person client interactions
- Advanced English fluency (C1 level or higher) across writing, reading, and speaking
- High comfort level with technology, with hands-on experience experimenting with new AI tools and frameworks
- Strong work ethic with flexibility to adapt schedules and travel for client meetings or training events as needed
