About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own delivery for a portfolio of market data clients throughout the client lifecycle, from initial implementation to ongoing reports, enhancements and change requests
Work closely with Account Management, Implementation, Solution Architecture and engineering teams
Translate clients’ commercial and operational goals into what teams build and configure
Own delivery for assigned EMEA clients, including major exchanges and data vendors
Run discovery sessions to understand clients’ market data policies, licensing models and business objectives
Advise clients on best practice for data licensing, entitlements, usage reporting, audits and billing
Translate requirements into delivery plans and prioritized workstreams
Plan, prioritize and track configuration and development work in Jira
Manage scope, timelines and budget on time-and-materials engagements
Identify risks, remove blockers and escalate where needed
Lead status meetings and senior stakeholder communications
Coordinate UAT and go-live for new implementations and ongoing change

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in client delivery, client success, professional services, implementation consulting or technical account management, ideally in financial markets
Proven experience leading enterprise client engagements from discovery through delivery
Strong requirements-gathering and planning skills
Experience coordinating technical teams without direct line management
Ability to manage several enterprise clients and competing priorities at once
Experience with Jira and Confluence
Assertive, organized, and comfortable leading client-facing meetings
Right to work in the United States
Preferred: Market data administration experience, on either the consumer or the provider side
Preferred: Experience working with major vendors and exchanges such as LSEG Data & Analytics, Bloomberg, FactSet, ICE, S&P Global, Euronext, Deutsche Börse or SIX
Preferred: Knowledge of market data licensing, exchange agreements, redistribution rights, entitlements (e.g. DACS, EMRS) and usage or audit reporting
Preferred: Experience supporting exchanges, index providers, banks, asset managers or other capital markets organizations
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and taking ownership of deliveries
