About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop backend services, data pipelines, and AI agents in Python
Build frontends and internal tools with TypeScript and React
Work with relational databases, including data modeling, SQL, and data preparation
Gather requirements directly from client business departments
Build prototypes quickly and iteratively turn them into production-ready solutions
Integrate LLM APIs and AI agents into existing system landscapes, such as ERP, CRM, Power BI, and Microsoft 365
Translate business processes into technical concepts and data models
Help facilitate client workshops, present results, and align with stakeholders
Take ownership of assigned work packages, including testing, documentation, and code reviews
Develop proprietary AI tools and products

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed bachelor's or master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
Initial practical experience in software development, data, or IT consulting, such as through a working student position, internship, or first full-time role
Strong knowledge of Python and experience with TypeScript and React
Proficiency in SQL and relational databases
Personal projects beyond university and professional work, such as a tool, bot, or web app—ideally deployed in production
Hands-on experience with AI models, LLM APIs, or AI-assisted development
Good understanding of business contexts and processes
Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
Strong communication skills, enthusiasm for direct client interaction, and a pronounced hands-on mentality
