About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Take responsibility for key work packages or workstreams within consulting projects
Structure and analyze complex business issues
Translate data, analytics, and AI findings into well-founded management recommendations
Prepare and present management-ready analyses and decision-making materials
Work closely with interdisciplinary teams across consulting, data, and technology
Maintain regular contact with clients at working and mid-management levels
Contribute to internal initiatives, such as further developing the consulting approach
Support clients holistically from conceptualization and strategy through project management and implementation

Requirements

What you’ll need

1–3 years of professional experience in management consulting or a comparable environment
Strong analytical thinking and a structured approach to work
Experience preparing management-ready presentations
Very good knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Initial experience with Business Intelligence, Power BI, or data analysis is preferred
A high degree of ownership, a hands-on mentality, and strong execution skills
Excellent communication skills, team-oriented approach, and professional demeanor
Excellent written and spoken German and English
