About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor existing process execution to ensure completion
  • Execute and review existing process QC reports
  • Review and update wiki and other documentation
  • Review ETL QC reports and identify data quality issues
  • Run existing scripts to update the data warehouse
  • Perform QC to ensure proper execution and completeness of the data warehouse
  • Run existing scripts to generate client reports
  • QC and review reports, providing feedback to internal customers and stakeholders
  • Assist with minor report modifications and enhancements
  • Document all work for QC and future use
  • Run existing ETL data feeds and monitor for issues
  • Troubleshoot automated production task issues once trained
  • Automate existing production code once trained
  • Assist with ad-hoc report development
  • Set up new ETL scripts and QC for new client data feeds
  • Monitor expected client files and notify team members of missing files
  • Move files and assets from FTP sites and/or emails to appropriate folders
  • Use FTP, MoveIT, JIRA, and the Wiki

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field required
  • Ability to learn SQL
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment
