About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Monitor existing process execution to ensure completion
  • Execute and review existing process QC reports
  • Review wiki and other documentation to understand existing process purposes and steps
  • Update wiki documentation to improve team documentation
  • Review ETL QC reports and identify data quality issues
  • Run existing scripts to update the data warehouse
  • Perform QC to ensure proper execution and completeness of the data warehouse
  • Run existing scripts to generate client reports
  • QC and review reports, providing feedback to internal customers and stakeholders
  • Assist with minor report modifications and enhancements
  • Save all work with careful documentation for QC and future use
  • Automate existing production code
  • Assist with development of ad-hoc reports
  • Understand client file inputs, campaign processing, field usage, and results reporting
  • Understand data content and basic usage in the environment
  • Understand account business objectives, terminology, and requirements as they apply to the role

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, Statistics, Data Science, Marketing Analytics or similar field required
  • Ability to learn SQL, Tableau, and automation scheduling software
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Self-motivated
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively in a team environment
  • Must pass a background check and drug test
  • Must not require employment authorization sponsorship or immigration-related support
  • Work experience, direct marketing experience or knowledge, and certifications/technical training are a plus
