Requirements
What you’ll need- Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written)
- Previous experience or background in the healthcare field
- Proficient knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
- Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to adapt to different dialects and accents
- Strong listening and comprehension skills
- Highly professional and empathetic demeanor
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Personal Computer is required
- Intel Core i5 processor (8th generation or newer) or Ryzen 5 (3000 series or higher)
- Minimum 4 cores / 8 threads
- 8–16 GB RAM
- 256 GB SSD or larger
- Mandatory use of a wired Ethernet connection
- VPN use is not allowed
- Work must be performed only from the approved location
- Wired headset with a boom microphone, unidirectional and with noise cancellation
- Wireless devices, earbuds, and speaker use are not allowed
- Camera with 1080p resolution, 30–60 fps, and autofocus
- Must not store company information, make recordings, take screenshots, or use built-in translation features
