About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead technical architecture decisions for Intelligence Platform systems
- Drive project delivery across team initiatives, establishing milestones, ownership, timelines, and quality expectations
- Partner with product, design, and engineering stakeholders to translate goals into technical plans and measurable outcomes
- Set technical direction for a seven-person engineering pod by mentoring teammates and raising engineering standards
- Contribute to the codebase and review designs and implementations
- Identify technical and delivery risks, communicate tradeoffs, and drive timely decisions
- Facilitate collaboration, remove blockers, clarify ownership, and maintain momentum
Requirements
What you’ll need- 7+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Demonstrated ownership of complex systems or platform initiatives
- Strong technical architecture skills
- Experience designing scalable systems and guiding implementation across multiple engineers
- Track record of leading complex projects from planning through delivery
- Strong stakeholder-management skills
- Experience providing technical leadership through mentorship, team coordination, execution planning, and cross-functional communication
- Hands-on engineering mindset
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and facilitation skills
- Experience navigating competing priorities and driving alignment across senior stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
