About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead Product Management for Sherpany’s Growth Acceleration squad during an 8–9 month fixed-term maternity cover
  • Drive the growth roadmap by identifying and prioritising opportunities using user insights, funnel data, business impact, and feasibility
  • Partner with Growth, Design, Engineering, and Analytics to design, launch, and evaluate growth experiments
  • Improve the self-serve / Try-Before-You-Buy journey from signup and onboarding through aha moments, hand-raising, and conversion
  • Define success metrics and translate product analytics into improvements in activation, conversion, and Product Qualified Leads
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Analytics, Design, and Engineering to align priorities and decisions
  • Communicate the rationale, scope, and progress of growth initiatives across the organisation
  • Maintain documentation and ensure a smooth handover at the end of the maternity cover period

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Hands-on Product-Led Growth experience
  • Experience building or scaling a B2B SaaS Try-Before-You-Buy or self-serve motion
  • Experience ideally within a sales-led or enterprise go-to-market environment
  • Understanding of signup, onboarding, activation, Product Qualified Leads, nurture, and conversion journeys
  • Strong Product Management fundamentals, including discovery, prioritisation, and roadmapping
  • Experience partnering with Design and Engineering
  • Comfort working with OKRs and measurable user and business impact
  • Experience using product analytics, funnel metrics, and qualitative user insights
  • Understanding of activation, onboarding, experimentation, A/B testing, and conversion optimisation
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Analytics
  • Clear communication and storytelling skills
  • Comfort working in ambiguity and adapting based on learning
