About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze content, audiences, and learner environments to identify instructional strategies
- Work with subject matter experts to design classroom and e-learning materials and develop course curricula
- Monitor, test, and measure trainee comprehension and satisfaction
- Provide trainee feedback and adjust delivery methods for effective results
- Maintain and enhance training materials, plans, and manuals
- Develop professional enrichment and skill-building training for existing employees
- Define, document, and provide training for standard operating procedures
- Act as a resource for product questions and support Client Service teams
- Research training methodologies and learning tools
- Stay current with product software development to define best practices and procedures before code releases
- Facilitate training as needed
- Deliver virtual training to global customers to promote self-administration and effective product use
- Contribute to supporting documentation, job aids, and standard operating procedures
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience with instructional design, or a technical training certification
- Minimum 3-6 years’ experience in a training or educational context, preferred
- Confident presentation skills
- Experience with instructional design strategies for users with varying skill sets
- Ability to organize and prioritize projects and adapt to changing business needs
- Strong time management skills
- Reliable in meeting commitments and deadlines
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Ability to analyze product changes and develop effective standard operating procedures or process changes
- Proactive approach to adopting new technology and building knowledge
- Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools to design, enhance, and deliver training, including AI-enabled learning materials, responsible use, and learner coaching
- Experience with Articulate or other e-learning authoring tools
- Experience with Learning Management Systems
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to understand business needs and contribute ideas for process and product improvements
- Ability to work under significant pressure
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
