About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Maintain and manage our CRM system
- Support and advise prospective customers by phone, video, and email
- Coordinate appointments, courses, and students

Requirements
What you’ll need- German language skills at a minimum C1 level
- Experience in administration, sales, consulting, or coordination
- Confident using CRM systems
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Structured, independent work style and strong initiative
- Interest in education, data, and digital processes
