About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Contribute to the development of content and tools for the Marketing and Sales teams.
- Create sales enablement tools, customer case studies, and corporate presentations.
- Use AI to accelerate and enhance the production of customized client presentations.
- Structure key messages and develop modular slides showcasing the company, its solutions, markets, differentiators, and achievements.
- Design and update solution briefs, sales pitches, comparison documents, presentation templates, and other sales support tools.
- Gather information from teams and stakeholders, highlight results, and write content tailored to different formats and channels.
- Organize approved messaging, supporting evidence, statistics, use cases, visuals, and presentation modules in a structured, maintainable repository.
- Explore and use AI tools for writing, rewriting, summarization, ideation, content adaptation, presentation preparation, and initial visual drafts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Currently pursuing studies in marketing, communications, design, business administration, or a related field.
- Excellent summarization, writing, and visual storytelling skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint and a strong interest in designing professional presentations.
- Highly detail-oriented, well organized, and able to manage priorities independently.
- Comfortable collaborating with multiple teams and translating complex information into clear messages.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English.
- Curiosity about generative AI, AI agents, and experimentation with structured prompting.
- Experience with design, automation, content management, or generative AI tools is an asset.
