About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare and keep individual employee records up to date
- Ensure the reliability of HRIS tools
- Support the complete onboarding and offboarding processes for employees
- Manage contracts, amendments, medical examinations, administrative onboarding, equipment handover/return, and final settlement documents
- Respond to employee and manager questions regarding leave, working hours, benefits, and internal programs
- Collect, verify, and submit payroll inputs to the external provider or accounting firm
- Perform the final review of payslips
- Monitor absences, sick leave, paid time off, and related declarations, including workplace accidents
- Provide operational support to the HR Director and the HR team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration
- Open to recent graduates with work-study or internship experience in an HR Generalist, HR/Payroll Administration, or HR Operations role
- Ideally, experience in a demanding, international, or high-growth environment (scale-up, dynamic SME, or international group)
- Strong knowledge of personnel administration, employment law, and payroll processes
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Strong digital affinity
- Fluent English (the group’s working language)
- Highly accurate and reliable, with strong data integrity and rigorous prioritization skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, an attentive listening approach, and a high level of confidentiality
- Solutions-oriented, proactive, and able to adapt to unforeseen situations
