About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Schedule and perform preventive maintenance action items according to predictive/preventive maintenance plans
  • Manage spare parts inventory, including processing, stocking, posting incoming orders, and maintaining parts files in SAP
  • Prepare and perform annual parts inventory
  • Maintain PM procedures in Pilgrim and corresponding PM02 creation in SAP S4HANA
  • Partner with global resources to support SAP S4 implementation and ensure work order and tool life tracking accuracy
  • Identify, procure, and monitor critical spares, including long-lead-time components
  • Document PM failures through Non-Conformity within the Quality System
  • Support customer audits by presenting the Maintenance PM program and performance evidence
  • Communicate with internal departments and external vendors regarding parts and maintenance scheduling
  • Oversee timely completion and proper documentation of preventive maintenance activities
  • Train operators and technicians in maintenance best practices and parts handling procedures
  • Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement across maintenance functions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Minimum 3 years of experience managing spare parts and maintenance planning
  • Strong working knowledge of SAP S4HANA and Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of electro-mechanical systems, maintenance intervals, and OSHA regulations
  • Forklift license and valid driver’s license preferred
