About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and maintain technical equipment and systems
- Systematically investigate and resolve defects
- Coordinate external maintenance technicians and service providers
- Maintain documentation
- Fulfill operator obligations
- Manage the inspection schedule, including inspections by officially appointed experts (SV inspections) and inspections required under the Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (PVO)
Requirements
What you’ll need- Good command of German and English
- Completed technical training or vocational qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally in real estate or property management
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Structured and organized approach to work
