Key responsibilities & impact

Design, implement, configure, and maintain iManage Work environments and related document management solutions
Work with APIs, REST services, connectors, and automation tools to support integration and business workflows
Coordinate with iManage support and third-party vendors on escalations and complex technical projects
Administer enterprise applications, SaaS, on-premises systems, and Microsoft Cloud platforms
Configure and troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, GPO, and other core services
Manage networking technologies including firewalls, VPNs, switches, DNS, and load balancers
Administer web servers including IIS, Apache, and Tomcat
Work closely with IS Operations and Networking to optimize supported technology performance
Use PowerShell, Python, and Shell scripting for automation
Participate in the weekly 24/7 on-call rotation quarterly
Create and maintain detailed system documentation

What you’ll need

Extensive experience managing enterprise environments, both on prem and in Microsoft cloud
Experience troubleshooting complex technical issues and optimizing system performance
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and compliance standards
Proven track record as a strong Systems Administrator
Experience administering enterprise applications, SaaS and On-Prem
Current experience administering Microsoft Cloud platforms (Azure, EntraID, M365)
Familiarity with InTune MDM preferred
Experience configuring and troubleshooting DNS, DHCP, GPO, and related core services
Knowledge of networking concepts, including firewalls, VPNs, switches, DNS, and load balancers
Citrix Netscaler experience a plus
Web server administration experience with IIS, Apache, or Tomcat preferred
Strong scripting ability with PowerShell, Python, or Shell
Very strong technical skills and attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to create and maintain detailed system documentation
Proven problem-solving ability and creative thinking
Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
10+ years related experience required
Experience at a large law firm or professional services organization strongly preferred
Quarterly participation in a weekly 24/7 on-call rotation
