About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide executive assistant support to Senior-Level Management and C-Suite Executives
  • Manage high-volume scheduling, meeting and event planning, and travel itineraries
  • Serve the organization and outside constituencies
  • Act as project manager for special projects, including coordinating presentations and disseminating information
  • Handle and route confidential and non-routine documents and information
  • Work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

  • Proven excellence in an Executive Assistant role supporting Senior-Level Management and C-Suite Executives
  • Articulate written and verbal communication
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities
  • Ability to work long hours and flexible hours
  • Ability to work with little supervision
  • High energy and ability to output and prioritize large volumes of information
  • Ability to work weekends as needed
  • Willingness to work overtime
