About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direct, hands-on care to patients with end-stage renal disease under RN supervision
- Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
- Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
- Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
- Record vital signs and patient data
- Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
- Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
- Float primarily between Burlington, Bellingham, Ferndale, and Marysville, with occasional coverage further south including Everett, Bothell, or Lynnwood
- Rotate opening and closing shifts Monday-Saturday according to an advance schedule
Requirements
What you’ll need- Prior dialysis experience required
- CCHT certification preferred
- Accredited high school diploma, GED credential, or equivalent
- Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
- Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
- Willing to float between local clinics if needed
- Flexible full-time availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience preferred
- Must work a mix of opening and closing shifts Monday-Saturday
