Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as the front-line leader in an outpatient dialysis clinic
  • Build patient relationships and improve patient health through clinical goal setting and quality improvement initiatives
  • Lead, develop, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional clinical team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Associate's degree preferred, unless required by state or local laws
  • Bachelor's degree in a related area strongly preferred
  • Minimum of one year of management experience in healthcare, business, or military, or equivalent renal experience
  • Current Registered Nurse license if required by state of employment
  • Current CPR certification required, or certification obtained within 60 days of hire or change in position
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to collaborate with clinical and financial teams
  • Availability when the clinic is open
