About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct training sessions enabling teammates to use essential technology and tools
- Create and continually improve instructional materials, including e-learning courses and job aids

Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of experience in training, instructional design, or a related field
- Strong preference for experience focused on technology and digital tools
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams such as IT and HR
- Proven ability to design and deliver content for diverse learners
- Deep understanding of adult learning principles
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and engagingly
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining high quality
- Prepare and deliver a brief training session during the interview process
- Submit a portfolio of previous instructional design work
