About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead network support for application integration across multiple cloud and SaaS environments
  • Serve as the senior technical escalation point for critical network incidents
  • Diagnose and resolve complex routing issues, load balancer configurations, and multi-tier application connectivity problems
  • Collaborate with Server Administration, Solutions Engineering, Enterprise Architecture, Application Development, and other cross-functional teams
  • Support physical server builds, VLAN/VPC provisioning, and secure connectivity across environments
  • Manage and maintain firewalls, load balancers, network fabrics, and DDI infrastructure
  • Develop, document, and maintain network topologies, standard operating procedures, and operational guidelines
  • Support incident response and monitoring processes using tools such as PagerDuty and NNMi
  • Ensure high availability, security, and performance across on-premise and cloud networks
  • Own network stability and performance metrics and ensure SLAs are consistently met or exceeded

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in enterprise network engineering
  • At least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity
  • Expert-level knowledge of BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP
  • Experience with complex datacenter switching architectures including LACP, vPC, VDS, and tenant separation
  • Integration experience with Google GCP, AWS, and Azure
  • Experience connecting to public service providers such as Workday and ServiceNow
  • Experience with micro-segmentation environments, including Illumio and Palo Alto Prisma
  • Proven experience configuring and troubleshooting load balancers, VIPs, SSL offloading, and next-generation firewalls
  • Certificate management and application integration experience
  • Proficiency in IPAM solutions such as Infoblox
  • Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Micro Focus NNMi and PagerDuty
  • Proficiency in ITSM platforms such as ServiceNow
  • Strong communication skills and ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative mindset and cross-functional project execution experience
  • Ability to own network stability and performance metrics and meet or exceed SLAs
