About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision for patients with end-stage renal disease
  • Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
  • Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
  • Record vital signs and patient data
  • Educate patients on treatment and kidney health
  • Collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other care team members
  • Support patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment in an outpatient dialysis clinic

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Accredited High School diploma, general education development (GED) credential, or equivalent
  • Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
  • Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
  • Willing to float between local clinics if needed
  • Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Pass a background check and drug screen
  • Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
  • Required to work Monday-Saturday, 4-3 shifts per week, with rotating opening and closing shifts and every other Saturday
  • Shift start may be 4:00A and closing may be 7:00P
  • Shifts are 8, 10, or 12 hours depending on the day and need
