About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support patients in Home Hemodialysis (HHD) and Peritoneal Dialysis (PD) programs
  • Assist with patient training for home dialysis under RN supervision
  • Prepare and maintain dialysis equipment
  • Monitor and record patient vitals and treatment responses
  • Support follow-up care, supply tracking, and telehealth check-ins
  • Provide technical and emotional support throughout HHD training
  • Float to other clinics within the region as required
  • Work typically Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm, subject to patient needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Accredited High School diploma, general education development ("GED") credential, or equivalent
  • Comfortable with blood, needles, and medical equipment
  • Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
  • Flexible schedule, which may include weekends or holidays
  • Willing to train and float across clinics as needed
  • Dialysis experience
  • Active OCDT/CCHT certification
