About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead product strategy and execution for DaVita’s Corporate Systems and Atlas Digital Transformation platforms
Partner with business and enterprise function leaders to identify problems, conduct discovery and research, and deliver digital solutions
Set product vision and strategy aligned to business Multi-Year Objectives and measurable OKRs
Build and maintain transparent product roadmaps connecting business goals to prioritized work
Define success metrics and measurement plans using data and continuous user feedback
Conduct end-user shadowing, workflow observation, journey mapping, hypothesis testing, and rapid validation experiments
Facilitate structured working sessions and design workshops
Build relationships with business leadership and partners across IT/Engineering, Architecture, Finance, People Services, Legal, Compliance, and Change Management
Translate validated problems into product requirements, user stories, sequencing, and delivery roadmaps
Own backlog prioritization and trade-offs
Lead launch readiness, change enablement, training, rollout communications, feedback loops, and post-launch adoption measurement
Manage quarterly planning, roadmap reviews, portfolio progress reporting, and executive steering updates
Lead investment and value conversations, including business cases, benefit sizing, capacity alignment, and trade-off analysis
Improve corporate workflows, reduce friction, and elevate teammate experience

Requirements

What you’ll need

8+ years of experience in product management or closely related product leadership
Substantial experience leading product discovery and delivering meaningful enterprise product outcomes
Strong track record partnering with cross-functional business leaders and technical teams to translate complex business problems into high-impact digital solutions
Strength in problem framing, prioritization, stakeholder management, executive influence, and clear communication
Experience designing and facilitating structured working sessions, journey mapping, and workshops that yield actionable decisions
Preferred: experience with enterprise packaged applications, SaaS platforms, and corporate systems ecosystems such as Workday, Salesforce, Oracle/ERP platforms, or ServiceNow
Preferred: experience leading product strategy and modernization within large-scale digital transformation initiatives
Preferred: experience operating in complex, highly regulated environments involving data privacy, risk management, and compliance governance
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience (preferred)
Willingness and ability to travel periodically, up to 30% or as business needs require, for key leadership meetings, team collaboration, and operational reviews
