About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead product strategy and execution for DaVita’s People Services Systems
  • Identify the right problems to solve through discovery and research
  • Deliver simple, high-impact improvements for teammates and leaders
  • Set product vision and strategy aligned to business goals and measurable OKRs
  • Build and maintain a prioritized product roadmap
  • Define success metrics and measurement plans; adjust priorities using data and feedback
  • Partner with Research/Design and People Services to understand user needs, pain points, and root causes
  • Facilitate structured working sessions and design workshops
  • Build relationships across People Services and adjacent partners including IT/Engineering, Finance, Compliance, and Change/Comms
  • Provide industry best practices, product thinking, and user empathy
  • Align stakeholders, define outcomes, and drive decisions
  • Translate validated problems into product requirements, sequencing, and delivery plans with engineering, IT, outside suppliers, and delivery leaders
  • Own backlog prioritization and tradeoffs
  • Lead launch readiness, enablement, training/job aids, feedback loops, and post-launch measurement
  • Manage quarterly planning, roadmap reviews, progress reporting, and stakeholder updates
  • Own investment and value conversations for the product area

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years in product management or closely related product leadership
  • Substantial experience leading discovery and shipping meaningful product outcomes
  • Strong track record partnering with business leaders and technical teams to deliver measurable outcomes
  • Strength in problem framing, prioritization, stakeholder management, and communication
  • Experience facilitating working sessions/design workshops with clear outputs and decisions
  • Preferred: Experience with enterprise HR platforms and ecosystems, including Workday and People Services workflows
  • Preferred: Experience in complex, regulated environments where privacy, risk, and controls matter
