About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own DT product solutioning and build, providing direction and delivering product features and improvements
Create great customer experiences
Liaise between business stakeholders, Product Managers, and the Development team
Convert business requirements into technical specifications for development
Direct business, design, engineering, and product teams to create digital transformation experiences
Oversee development and product teams to scope product delivery
Support solution strategies and understand development alternatives
Identify gaps and issues and design problem solutions
Partner with the development team to evaluate feasibility and technical alternatives
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience driving critical, cross-organization technical initiatives
Knowledge of security and privacy programs
Understanding of system and architecture design approaches
Ability to ensure technologies deliver scale and perform appropriately end-to-end
Ability to solve problems at scale
Experience defining technical approaches for data handling
Ability to operate at a program level with oversight over an entire program
Ability to work independently and use discretion in making significant decisions
Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Experience with business, design, engineering, and product teams
Experience scoping product delivery and evaluating development alternatives
Ability to identify gaps and issues and design problem solutions
Ability to define and collect clear, actionable business requirements
Ability to evaluate feasibility and technical alternatives
