About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead approximately 15 dialysis centers and 200 teammates across Ann Arbor, Grand Rapids and South Michigan
Direct operations with complete accountability for an approximately $40–$50MM P&L
Provide strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, and direction to field management
Ensure safe, efficient, therapeutic and ethical patient care
Identify and develop strategic growth opportunities
Monitor division performance
Work with the Divisional Vice President to develop competitive strategies aligned with DaVita’s mission and values
Lead and grow a high-performing team of approximately 12 direct reports
Identify and lead the development and execution of growth strategies
Develop and execute strategic operating plans and goals for regional facilities
Review, analyze and address gaps in service excellence, policies and procedures
Identify issues and implement solutions
Lead business growth, operations, labor management, contract management and clinical outcomes within assigned facilities
Maintain awareness of competition and assess SWOT factors
Work with FAs in clinics to identify and address employee and patient concerns

Requirements

What you’ll need

Leadership of a multi-site operational business
Experience leading a cohesive, high performing team
Experience identifying and committed to growth in your territory
Bachelor's degree required
MBA preferred
Available for moderate travel (<25% overnight)
