About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
  • Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
  • Collaborate with the clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
  • Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
  • Float to nearby clinics as needed
  • Work three to four 10–12 hour days per week, every other Saturday
  • Work early shifts starting at 4:30–5:00 a.m.
  • Work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Complete training, which may occur at a clinic other than the home location
  • Care for patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • RN license in the state of practice
  • ADN required; BSN preferred
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Reliable transportation for potential floating
  • Flexible schedule required
  • No dialysis experience required
  • Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg preferred but not required
  • CNN/CDN certification preferred but not required
