About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver dialysis treatments and monitor patient status
- Assess, troubleshoot, and respond to clinical situations
- Educate patients and build meaningful relationships
- Work as part of a supportive care team
- Provide compassionate and professional dialysis-related nursing services in an outpatient setting
- Ensure patient safety, comfort, and wellbeing
- Collaborate with the professional team of clinicians
- Use critical thinking to solve problems and support patient care
- Work Monday through Saturday, three 12-hour shifts
- Complete training Monday through Saturday, five 8-hour shifts
Requirements
What you’ll need- Current RN license in state of practice
- 1 year of nursing experience required
- CPR certification
- Basic EKG interpretation
- Strong assessment, time management, and communication skills
- Experience with acutely ill patients (ICU, ER, Med/Surg) preferred
- CNN certification a plus
