About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver dialysis care to patients with end-stage renal disease in skilled nursing facilities
  • Provide dialysis treatment at SNF partner sites
  • Monitor patient vitals and assess treatment response
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care
  • Educate patients and families on treatment and care plans
  • Maintain safety, quality, and regulatory standards
  • Float between Sherrill House-Brookline and Hancock Park Rehabilitation & Nursing Center locations
  • Work without on-call responsibilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Current RN license in the state of practice
  • ADN required
  • BSN preferred
  • ICU, CCU, ER, or Med/Surg experience a plus
  • CNN or CDN certification preferred
  • May float to multiple facilities during and after training
  • No prior dialysis experience required
  • Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
