About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide direct patient care in an outpatient dialysis setting
- Monitor patients, manage treatment plans, and respond to health changes
- Collaborate with the clinical team, including Patient Care Technicians
- Educate patients and families on kidney health and treatment options
- Float to nearby clinics as needed
- Work at other clinics within the area to obtain full-time hours
- Work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Complete training, potentially at a clinic other than the home location
Requirements
What you’ll need- RN license in the state of practice
- ADN required; BSN preferred
- Basic computer proficiency
- Reliable transportation for potential floating
- Flexible schedule required
- Willingness to work and travel to multiple nearby clinics
- Experience in ICU, CCU, ER, or Med Surg preferred but not required
- CNN/CDN certification preferred but not required
