About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide life-saving care to patients with end-stage renal disease or chronic kidney conditions
  • Coordinate patient care plans and monitor outcomes
  • Supervise clinical staff, including PCTs
  • Ensure safe, compassionate dialysis delivery
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and families
  • Work in a fast-paced, team-oriented outpatient dialysis environment

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 12+ months RN experience
  • At least 6 months of dialysis experience with patient interaction in the last year
  • Current RN license
  • CPR certification
  • Charge RN readiness approval required
  • ADN required; BSN preferred
  • ICU, ER, or Med/Surg experience preferred
  • CNN/CDN certification a plus
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Word and Outlook
  • Commitment to 2 shifts per week
  • Availability for early mornings, evenings, rotating weekends, and holidays
