About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Process patient insurance information through the patient intake process

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Basic computer skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly and demonstrate resiliency
  • Drive and initiative to manage a book of business and work through a queue
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations and DaVita policies
  • May be asked to work overtime as needed
