About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the Infection Prevention Director with projects, process management, analyses, and leadership presentations
- Build relationships with internal partners and external vendors
- Develop processes across the full lifecycle from gap definition through execution
- Create and manage individual work plans and contribute to overall project plans
- Develop analytical approaches and frameworks using continuous improvement tools
- Manage strategic and operational initiatives with cross-functional clinical, operational, and senior business leadership
- Develop and communicate project scope, timelines, plans, and resource requirements
- Create, implement, and drive adoption of processes and solutions
- Oversee and manage the Analyst, Clinical Operations project portfolio
- Provide coaching and project sponsorship and remove barriers
- Manage relationships with leaders and clinical teammates at all levels
- Communicate project status, needs, targets, goals, scope, schedule, metrics, and revenue to senior leadership
- Support divisional goal tracking, scorecards, project portfolio management, business reviews, and projects
- Oversee division-wide growth initiatives
- Structure and incubate improvement opportunities using continuous improvement tools
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree required
- At least 4 years of experience in a strategic or operational leadership role required
- At least 2 years of project management experience required
- Advanced proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required
- Prior experience in healthcare services and/or working with payors, physician networks, preventive care models, and/or integrated care models preferred
- MBA or graduate degree in a healthcare-related field preferred
