About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Set the vision and priorities for data efforts within the Village domain
Ensure domain data efforts serve Village-wide priorities
Support Data Stewards and Data Custodians in resolving data quality issues and identifying and building data products
Organize and run Domain Working Groups across sub-domains
Coordinate with other Domain Owners through cross-domain Data Governance forums
Coordinate with Village leadership on priorities and data management resources
Align domain objectives with enterprise data product efforts and curated reusable data assets
Escalate prioritization disagreements to Data or Business leadership when needed
Promote data product adoption with business users in governance forums

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in data analysis or business intelligence
Expertise in how specific sub-domain data is analyzed or used within the Village today, including Financial, Procurement, Consent, and other data used across DaVita
Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
Familiarity with data cataloging tools and governance practices
Ability to translate business requirements into data specifications
Effective communication and collaboration skills
