About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the Quality Talent Pipeline Team’s programs to deliver fully staffed and stable teams
- Own accountability for multiple programs and the Program Specialist teammates supporting student placements
- Manage and prioritize the workload of 5+ Program Specialists
- Develop and coach Program Specialists
- Foster a team environment of trust and learning
- Manage daily operations of RN/PCT Internship, Global RN, and Referral hiring programs
- Support coordination of student internship placements
- Manage internal and external program communications and materials from placement requests through post-rotation
- Analyze program success metrics and report monthly on progress against goals to senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Serve as liaison for school partners and external vendors
- Build and maintain relationships with Talent Acquisition, Nursing, and Field Leadership stakeholders
- Resolve minor conflicts and escalate issues to senior leadership as appropriate
- Gather and analyze team and partner feedback and develop improvement plans
- Identify and execute process improvement opportunities across Quality Talent Pipeline programs
- Identify growth opportunities and explain how programs support Talent Acquisition strategy and hiring demand
- Partner with Field and Nursing teams to develop relationships and engagement strategies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- 4-6 years of total work experience
- Experience managing and coaching direct reports
- Experience in project management and process improvement
- Advanced computer skills and proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional client relationship management and people skills
- Experience managing internal programs and/or external relationships or programs, such as vendor or partner relationships
- Strong analytical skills with ability to tell a story with data
- Passionate about delivering fully staffed and stable teams to field partners
- Ability to build new programs, enhance existing programs, and partner with internal teams, school partners, and vendors
- High degree of initiative, urgency, and follow-through
- Critical thinking and strategic problem-solving ability
- Preferred: Experience supporting school partnerships, recruiting, or human resources
- Preferred: Experience with change management and deployment
- Preferred: Experience in healthcare
