Key responsibilities & impact

Lead discovery strategies with engineering and UX/research to identify user needs and pain points
Refine discovery strategy through continuous user and business feedback
Collaborate with UX on usable experiences validated through rapid feedback and usability testing
Develop and share OKRs for outcome-based product advancements
Use data and product analytics to formulate hypotheses, monitor performance, and improve products
Lead and inspire a cross-functional product team
Collaborate with organizational stakeholders to build workflows and align with business objectives
Communicate product vision, strategy, and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders
Partner with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams
Prioritize, deliver, and iterate on product features, enhancements, and updates with engineering
Perform story mapping and break work into epics and stories
Create and refine development stories and prioritize stories and defects
Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings
Identify opportunities for product innovation and maintain competitive advantage

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience in Product Management roles, with a track record of successfully launching and iterating on products
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Deep understanding of agile development methodologies
Strategic thinking and ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans
Data-driven product management background
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Experience with product analytics, OKRs, problem statements, solution hypotheses, story mapping, epics, and user stories
Ability to work with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to meet requirements
